Report No. 5517/EVN-TTD+KTSX+TCKT issued by Vietnam Electricity to the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the matter of the results of the cost calculation of the related costs for major customers participating in the DPPA mechanism

EVN reports detailed cost calculation results and makes the following recommendations to the Ministry of Industry and Trade:

(i) Approve EVN's proposal on the principles of calculation, ancillary service costs, and the Kpp coefficient, while also considering the inclusion of payment difference costs and electricity business losses for the years 2022-2023.

(ii) Recommend allocating electricity business losses and calculating the Kpp based on the results from year N-2.

(iii) If approved, EVN will finalize the calculations and publish the annual cost results and payment differences on the Electricity Market website.
