Official letter No. 7383/EVN-TTD+TCKT+KTSX regarding the notification of costs for participation in the DPPA mechanism for large electricity customers and electricity retail units in cluster or area models

The main points are as follows:

(i) Agreement on the cost of using the electricity system service per unit of electricity (CDPPAdv) for the year 2024 when participating in the DPPA mechanism.
(ii) Regulations on the loss conversion coefficient (Kpp) for the electricity distribution grid of the Power Corporations in 2024.
(iii) Regulations on the cost of monthly settlement (PCL) calculated per unit of electricity (VND/kWh) when participating in the DPPA mechanism for large electricity customers or electricity retail units in cluster or area models from August 2024 to December 2024.

The above notification serves as the basis for calculating the costs when participating in the DPPA mechanism for large electricity customers and electricity retail units in cluster or area models under the management of the corresponding Power Corporation.
