This Official Letter was sent to the departments, agencies, the People's Committees of the districts and Thu Duc City, notifying the implementation of Official Letter No. 6861/BKHDT-PTDN from the Ministry of Planning and Investment regarding support and resolution of difficulties and obstacles faced by citizens and businesses as directed by the Prime Minister in Official Letter No. 6128/VPCP-DMDN dated August 10, 2023.

Official Letter No. 6028/UBND-KT regarding support and resolution of difficulties and obstacles faced by citizens and businesses as directed by the Prime Minister in Official Letter No. 6128/VPCP-DMDN dated August 10, 2023.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of the City requests:

(i) Review and summarize opinions on difficulties and obstacles in production and business conditions, and send them to the Department of Planning and Investment for reporting to the People's Committee of the City.

(ii) Research and provide feedback on the plan to reduce and simplify regulations when requested by government agencies.

The Chairman requests the heads of departments, agencies, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of Thu Duc City and the districts to seriously implement the above directives.
