Official Letter 7239/UBND-KT issued by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City  regarding the implementation of the Decree on mechanisms and policies to encourage the development of rooftop solar power systems for self-production and self-consumption

 The main points are:

(i) Assigning several tasks to the departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City, the Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation, management units, investors, and relevant organizations and individuals to implement the Decree on mechanisms and policies to encourage the development of rooftop solar power systems for self-production and self-consumption.

(ii) During implementation, if issues arise, organizations and individuals must report and submit proposals to the Department of Industry and Trade for consolidation and submission to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for resolution.

This official letter establishes regulations to ensure the implementation of rooftop solar power systems for self-production and self-consumption, which are to be installed on the roofs of certain buildings.
