Additionally, the report should cover the technical connection between projects and the existing grid to ensure timely implementation.
(ii) Units must analyze obstacles faced during project implementation, including legal delays in permits and documentation. They should clarify challenges in raising capital and maintaining stable funding. Additionally, site clearance issues, including compensation and public complaints, need to be detailed. Finally, units must assess the compatibility of technology and infrastructure for effective project operation.
(iii) The Ministry of Industry and Trade requests units to propose specific solutions to address challenges in project implementation. Solutions may include recommendations for amending legal policies to ease execution. Close cooperation among state agencies, local authorities, and businesses should be encouraged to speed up progress. Units may also suggest state financial support or seek investment from international organizations and foreign investors to secure funding.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade urges local authorities and relevant units to promptly implement and submit reports to the Ministry before September 27, 2024, for consolidation.
