Circular 27/2024/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the criteria for evaluating bidding documents and the sample bidding documents for selecting investors to carry out energy infrastructure investment projects

The main points are:

(i) Details of Clause 2, Article 49 of Decree No. 115/2024/ND-CP (dated September 16, 2024) on the criteria for evaluating the investment effectiveness in developing sectors, industries, and localities for energy infrastructure projects.

(ii) The details of Point m, Clause 1, Article 47 of Decree No. 115/2024/ND-CP regarding the criteria for evaluating technical aspects in the assessment of investment business plans by investors for energy infrastructure investment projects.

(iii) The sample bidding documents for selecting investors to carry out energy infrastructure investment projects.

The Circular helps ensure that the selection of investors follows a transparent, fair, and consistent process, ultimately aiming to enhance the quality and sustainability of the country's energy infrastructure development.
