CARBON BORDER ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM AND ITS EFFECTS ON VIETNAM

The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is a tool created by the EU, as part of the Fit for 55 plan (to reduce net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030), to put a fair price on the carbon emitted as a result of the production of carbon intensive goods that are entering the EU.
