OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 746/TTG-KTTH

On August 16, 2023, the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh issued the Official Letter No. 746/-KTTH regarding solutions to improve credit access of enterprises.

Through feedback from affected enterprises, media agencies, and experts, in order to continue effectively implementing solutions to enhance credit access, the direction of the Prime Minister to the agencies is as follows:

- Ensuring that policies when issued must be correct, do not hinder the development and promptly handle problems.

- Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai will expeditiously preside over a meeting with the Governor of the State Bank, the leadership of the State Bank, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, and the Government Office to study the amendment and supplementation of Circular No. 06/2023/TT-NHNN and Circular No. 03/2023/TT-NHNN.

- Report back to the Prime Minister before August 20, 2023.
