Enclosed is the Official Letter No. 6417/BCT-ĐL of the MOIT to the Institute of Energy (#Institute) regarding certain matters related to the implementation scheme of PDP VIII of the #Institute.

The MOIT noted that many opinions and contributions from ministries, agencies, and the Prime Minister have not been thoroughly studied by the Institute of Energy in the version of the Plan attached to Document No. 1504/VNL-P8. The explanatory content remains vague and lacks persuasiveness.

Based on the #Institute's Third Plan presented to the #MOIT, the Deputy Prime Minister concluded that the Plan does not meet the requirements and lacks feasibility. The Institute of Energy is required to further study and incorporate tasks outlined in Announcement No. 379 and feedback provided in Document No. 1522/ĐL-KH-QH.

The #Institute is requested to establish specific criteria to ensure feasibility and transparency in project selection proposals and submit them to the MOIT before September 19, 2023.

The #Institute is urged to expeditiously finalize the content of the Plan, focusing on key issues related to localities, and submit it to the MOIT by September 21, 2023, to solicit input from local.
