DEVELOPMENT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN OF THE PDP8

On June 16, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (the MOIT) issued the Official Letter No. 3748/BCT-DL on the development of the implementation plan of the PDP8 sent to the Electricity and Renewable Energy Authority (the EREA) and the Energy Institute.

On this Official Letter, the MOIT requested these following issues:

1. The Energy Institute urgently develops the PDP8 Implementation Plan based on the approved PDP8.

2. The EREA reviews the PDP8 Implement Plan developed by the Energy Institute and reports to the MOIT for submission to the Prime Minister for consideration and approval.

These are political tasks assigned by the Prime Minister, therefore, the MOIT has requested the above agencies to urgently implement to ensure completion in June 2023.
