CONCLUSION ON TRANSFERING THE NATIONAL LOAD DISPATCH CENTRE

On 21 June 2023, The Government issued the Announcement No. 235/TB-VPCP regarding the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang at the meeting transfering the National Load Dispatch Centre to the Ministry of Industrial and Trade (MOIT).

In this Announcement, the Deputy Prime Minister made the following conclusions:

1. The MOIT promptly consider the proposed construction and completion of the Plan to transfer the National Load Dispatch Centre to the MOIT in the form of a single-member limited liability company. The plan should be submitted to the Prime Minister in August 2023.

2. The MOIT continue to enhance regular, direct, and comprehensive supervision of the National Load Dispatch Centre and ensure the efficient operation, management, and sufficient electricity supply to the people for the national power system.
