COMMENTS TO DEVELOP THE LAW ON RENEWABLE ENERGY

On June 29, 2023, EVN Group issued the Official Letter No. 3643/EVN-PC sent to its member units on comments related to the development of the Law on Renewable Energy according to the Electricity and Renewable Energy Authority’s request.

In this Official Letter, EVN Group has requested its member units as belows:

1. Summarize the implementation of the legislation related to the field of renewable energy and assess the current situation related to renewable energy at the unit.

2. Provide information and documents related to the field of renewable energy such as scientific research...(if any).

3. Propose contents to be regulated and managed in field of renewable energy.

4. Comment on the necessity, purpose, viewpoints and impact of developing the Law on Renewable Energy.

5. Other relevant contents (if any).

These above contents shall be sent to EVN Group’s Legal Department by July 4, 2023 to summarize and report to the Group’s leaders for consideraton and submission to the MOIT.
