CIRCULAR NO. 02/2023/TT-BKHĐT ON ENTERPRISES REGISTRATION

The Minister of Planning and Investment has issued Circular No. 02/2023/TT-BKHDT dated April 18, 2023, promulgates Circular on the amendment to Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHDT dated March 16, 2021, of the Minister of Planning and Investment guiding enterprise registration with the primary purpose of this amendment is to supplement regulations regarding the interconnection between business registration and tax registration for household businesses.
