Case Summary:
Ms. T and Company R entered into an labor contract, followed by the signing of a agreement (NDA). According to the NDA, Ms. T is prohibited from engaging in similar work or competing with Company R for a period of 12 months after the end of the labor contract. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through Commercial Arbitration.
