VN-EID is an application that contains an digital identity account that integrates important personal information and documents such as ID card numbers, driver's licenses, social insurance books, and health insurance. These are all important personal information. In the era of increasing awareness of personal data protection of the State, citizens need to protect this important information, therefore, when we lose our phone or change to a new phone, we need to disconnect the VN-EID application to prevent this information from being stolen.

VN-EID is an application created to replace traditional documents on mobile devices such as phones and tablets.
VN-EID integrates all personal documents of citizens on a digital platform, those documents may include: identity card number, driver's license, social insurance book, health insurance or other documents related to citizens' property rights.

Step 1: Log in to the VN-eID application on your phone, update to the latest version via Google Play or App Store.
Step 2: Next, select Personal -> Device Management.
Step 3: The phone screen will now display a list of devices that have previously logged into your VN-eID account. Please check it once and then unlink it from the old device that is not needed. Click Cancel as shown below.
Step 4: Finally, the system will display a notification to unlink your account with the device you just chose to unlink. Click Confirm.
Step 5: The system notifies you of successful unlinking, meaning you have canceled the VN-eID application with the old device. Click "Close" to complete.
